Terms of service

1. Quotation Process
Based on the information provided by the client, we will calculate an approximate installation cost – this will be
subject to factors including the size of the building, location and plant hire required. We do not charge for our
quotation service, and our quotations may be subject to change if adjustments need to be made on our part. A
quotation does not constitute an offer and may be withdrawn at any time prior to the confirmation of an order by final
invoice.
Our quotation process assists us in ensuring that your site/groundworks are suitable for building erection before we
confirm installation can take place. We require an Installation questioner to be completed along with photographs of
the site, or alternatively will schedule our team of professionals to assess the site in person. We reserve the right to
refuse installation during the quotation process if our team has good reason to believe the site is not suitable.
If any changes are made to the site after photographs have been approved, or our team has assessed in person,
we must be made aware. We cannot be held legally accountable for resulting problems with installation if changes
have been made to the site without our approval. We also reserve the right to refuse installation to take place until
these are corrected if required, and any subsequent charges for our time/equipment will be made billable to the
client.

2. Invoice and Payment
Once a final invoice has been sent to the client, we are not entitled to make any changes to the amount if it is due to
a mistake or miscalculation on our part. The only circumstance in which we would change the final invoice amount,
or charge the client for further costs after paying the final invoice amount, is if there is a change made by the client
that we are not made aware of. For example, if there is a change to your site/groundworks that we are not made
aware of, or if you do not have a suitable plant hire available on your site as previously agreed, etc. In this case, we
reserve the right to charge you for the changes made that we have not approved and thus have to cover.
Your installation date can be scheduled before payment is made, but installation will not take place unless the final
invoice has been paid in its full amount prior to the scheduled date.
If a payment plan has been agreed upon, it cannot be modified in any way. The specified payment dates and
amounts must be strictly followed. We reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.
Once you have paid the invoice, this payment is non-refundable, and scheduled installation cannot be cancelled –
but may be postponed if due to circumstances out of your/our control.

3. Circumstances/Events Out of Our Control
We cannot be held liable for failure to install or delay in installation of, a building if due to circumstances/events
outside of our control. This could include but is not limited to, a natural disaster, extreme winds, rain/floods or other
weather conditions, terrorist threat or attack, the impossibility of the use of private/public transport, or an epidemic or
pandemic.
If an event/circumstance out of our control is present that affects our ability to complete building erection – we will
first contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you to discuss the severability and potential solutions. We
cannot be held accountable for, and are not obliged to meet, any previously agreed time frame that has been
cancelled/postponed due to circumstances out of our control.
Our team aims to meet any deadlines and accommodate client requirements as much as they are capable to, and
will always notify you of any changes at the soonest convenience. Any cancelled/postponed installations due to
circumstances out of our control will be arranged as efficiently and quickly as possible.
We have the right to refuse installation to take place on a scheduled date if we have good reason to believe it is no
longer suitable/safe for our team, or just as important for your building – e.g., extreme weather. Alternatively, if at
any point during your installation, our qualified team has good reason to believe it is no longer safe or suitable to
continue with the erection of your building, we reserve the right to withhold completion of the installation until
circumstances change. In either of these scenarios, you will be contacted at the soonest convenience by a member
of our team, to discuss circumstances and re-schedule when most suitable.

4. Groundworks
All groundwork for the building and the surrounding area must be fit for purpose and deemed adequate by our
qualified installation team. We have the right to refuse installation if your groundwork/base for the building &
surrounding area is not suitable for our team to work with.
If any changes are made to your groundworks after this has been previously approved by our team, that is no longer
suitable for building erection – we have the right to cancel/postpone your installation until this has been corrected
and charge you for wasted time/equipment. You must make us aware before any changes are made to your
groundwork so that our team can approve this and ensure it is still suitable for building erection.
Please be advised when installing on Container canopies we will drill or weld into the container. If the containers are
rented we will need to be made aware of this to use a different type of installation process. You must make us
aware of any rented containers in the quotation process. We have the right to cancel/postpone your installation until
this has been corrected and charge you for wasted time/equipment.

5. Site Preparation
The site must be fully prepared and ready for installation before the team arrives. If site preparation is delayed, we
reserve the right to impose additional charges to cover wasted time, equipment, and expenses.

issue is resolved, and additional charges may apply.

installation until this is resolved.

delayed over this week period, we will try our best to accommodate this and re-schedule for the soonest
